| Right all.
As you may have noticed we have had alot of great applications and interest in the guild recently this is both great for all aspects of the guilds, both larger guild only RP PvP events and a bigger PvE Raid force. Currently it looks possible that we may eventaully be able to host two 10 man groups having collected some new tanks recently we just need to fill the gaps. The main one we need fillers for right now is healers!
In order of priority and timescale included this is what we are looking at.
1) Kill Prince (End of Feb) [Completed 26/01/08]
2) Enter ZA (End of Feb) [Completed 27/01/08]
3) Kill Nightbane (End of Feb) [Completed 03/02/08]
4) Clear Karazhan (End of Feb) [Completed 03/02/08]
5) Kill First Boss in ZA (End of Feb) [Completed 24/02/08]
6) Get a Second Raid group for Karazhan (End of March) [Completed 15/03/08]
7) Enter 25 mans (End of March) [Completed 17/02/08]
This is the outline of our goals where to shoot for. Weather we make it or fall short isn't overly important but this is where we are heading at our current rates.
The only thing I need to warn about is of course because we are in the mid stage between having two Karazhan raid groups some people will get left out before we have the numbers to host a second. There isn't much that can be done except rotating spots but as you are probably aware this raises issues in itself in regard to how well geared those entering Karazhan are. So the best thing you can to as an individual is gear yourself up out of raiding either via PvP or Heroics (Or tell help find our missing links!) so that when the raid sign ups are made it's easy to swap people about so most get to raid each cycle.
